Get all bendy in the great outdoors every Saturday morning from now until August 21. Instructors from Personal Euphoria Pilates are running free Pilates classes. All are welcome to attend with no experience necessary. Be sure to wear comfortable clothing and bring a mat, towel, water bottle, and maybe some sunglasses.
You should probably get there early to reserve your spot on the grass as space is limited to the first twenty-five participants.
